Linksman is operated by MAL Brands, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("we," "us"). By using Linksman, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. See also our Privacy & Trust page for how we handle data.

What Linksman is

Linksman is a free, informational search tool that aggregates publicly available tee-time listings for golf courses in the Denver metro area. Linksman does not sell tee times, process reservations, or take payment. All booking happens on each course's own official booking site, under that site's terms.

No guarantee of accuracy or availability

Tee times, prices, and availability shown on Linksman are collected periodically from courses' public booking systems and can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong by the time you see them. A tee time listed here may already be booked, repriced, or removed. The course's own booking page is the sole authoritative source — always verify there before making plans. Linksman may also be unavailable, interrupted, or discontinued at any time without notice.

No warranties

Linksman is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linksman and its operator, MAL Brands, LLC, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of time, money, or opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the site — including reliance on any tee time, price, or availability information shown here. To the extent any liability is found despite the above, total aggregate liability is capped at fifty U.S. dollars ($50).

No affiliation

Linksman is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any golf course, course operator, or booking provider mentioned on this site. Course names, booking-platform names, and related trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the courses and services being described.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no attempting to disrupt or overload it, no probing or circumventing its administrative controls, and no large-scale automated harvesting of its pages or data. Personal, ordinary use — including sharing links to searches — is what the site is for.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The revised terms take effect when posted on this page with a new effective date, and your continued use of the site after that constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
